We are a training program for walkers and runners with the goal of getting in shape and/or completing in various races, from the 5K to 10K distance, half and full marathon. Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedules, weekly group runs/walks, access to trained coaches, informational seminars and an Austin Fit technical shirt.
Ask anyone who has completed their goal of getting in shape or finishing a 5K, 10K, half or full marathon, and they will tell you it has truly changed his/her life. You will become more fit, happier, and mentally stronger; all in a short 12 to 26 weeks.
Whether you are a coach potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, our training programs are the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in shape.
Does just hearing the word "marathon" make you shake in your shoes? That's okay, come out and join us anyway. Our participants have various goals ranging from starting an exercise program to running or walking the 5K, 10K, half marathon or full marathon distance and even qualifying for the Boston Marathon! You will have fun and meet other people just like you to exercise with and help you accomplish your fitness goals.
