Austin Fit Trail Running and Walking
While our Saturday sessions focus on road running, these
Sunday trail sessions offer a complementary experience, promoting agility,
balance, and a sense of adventure.
This 3-month pilot program, which we plan to continue in
the fall, is a fantastic opportunity to expand your training repertoire and
connect with nature.
