Great news for all adventure seekers and nature lovers in our community! We’re excited to introduce the Austin Fit Trail Training program, which will start this summer. It’s time to take your running and walking off the beaten path and onto the trails.

Introducing Austin Fit Trail Training

Trail running and walking is more than just a change of scenery—it’s about embracing new challenges and enjoying the great outdoors. While our Saturday sessions focus on road running, these Sunday trail sessions offer a complementary experience, promoting agility, balance, and a sense of adventure.
 
This 3-month pilot program, which you plan to continue in the fall, is a fantastic opportunity to expand your training repertoire and connect with nature.
 
Starts: Sunday, June 16, 2024, at 7 a.m.

Venue: Diverse trails in the Greater Austin area.

Frequency: Every Sunday for 3 months.
