Great news for all adventure seekers and nature lovers in our community! We’re excited to have the Austin Fit Trail Training program. It’s time to take your running and walking off the beaten path and onto the trails.

Introducing Austin FIT Trail Training

Trail running and walking is more than just a change of scenery—it’s about embracing new challenges and enjoying the great outdoors. While our Saturday sessions focus on road running, these Sunday trail sessions offer a complementary experience, promoting agility, balance, and a sense of adventure.
 
The program will provide training unique to trail running and hiking and is a fantastic opportunity to expand your repertoire and connect with nature. Over the 12 weeks, the running program progresses to 6 miles over the 12 weeks and hikers to 5 miles so we can all finish together. 
 
Starts: Sunday, June 15, 2025, at 7 a.m.
 
Venue: Diverse trails in the Greater Austin area.
 
Frequency: Every Sunday for 12 weeks.
